Nich has been operating independent consulting services for more than 10 years. He also has over 20 years' experience working in executive management, service development and evaluation, and clinical roles.
Nich has strong leadership, service design and planning, and research and evaluation capabilities. He has developed expert skills in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and change facilitation through his longstanding commitment to more collaborative and inclusive cross sector service provision.
Nich has specialist knowledge and experience working across the Youth and family, Out of Home Care, Housing and homelessness, Mental and primary health, Alcohol and other drugs, Family violence, Criminal justice, and Community legal sectors.
He has worked with community organizations, peak bodies, and government to deliver high-quality projects that make a real difference. He is committed to service user participation in all research, design, and evaluation activities.
Nich has a strong peer-reviewed publication record in the areas of young people, alcohol and other drugs, mental health, comorbidity, and social health practice (see publications).

Emma Pritchard - Senior Associate

Emma has over 20 years of evaluation and research experience, specialising in the not-for-profit, community legal, and international development sectors. She provides comprehensive monitoring and evaluation (M&E) services, assisting organisations to articulate, measure, strengthen, and report the impacts of their work effectively. With experience in both small not-for-profit and large international development settings, Emma excels at designing evaluations and frameworks that fit available resources.
She is an experienced group facilitator who supports organisations to develop and refine their theory of change. Emma uses participatory and capacity-building methods to develop M&E systems at project, program, and organisational levels.
Emma has significant legal sector experience. She has worked with multiple community legal centres, the Victorian Federation of Community Legal Centres, the Victoria Law Foundation, Law Library Victoria and the Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner. This work spans multiple specialist population groups including vulnerable groups and women.

Ian Gough - Senior Associate

Ian has worked in community and government services for more than twenty-five years, holding senior managerial and direct service roles. He is also an accredited quality review assessor and auditor.
Ian has strong skills in strategy, research, planning, and service development. He has led the implementation of multiple new initiatives in community, health, and government settings. He is particularly skilled in engaging hard-to-reach and vulnerable populations and involving them in decision making regarding service design.
His experience spans the youth and family, out-of-home care, housing and homelessness, and family violence sectors. He has also worked in senior government, peak body, community, health, and justice roles.
Ian is people-centered, quality- and outcome-focused, knowledgeable, and has strong networks across government and the community sector.
